• Your current boiler must be inefficient (typically non-condensing or G-rated)
• Your home should have an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G
• You must be the homeowner (or private tenant with landlord permission)

Boiler Grant vs Boiler Finance — What’s the Difference?

If you don’t qualify for a free grant, boiler finance allows you to spread the cost of a new boiler over 3-10 years with monthly payments as low as £20-£30/month.
